OMC Healthy Environment specialises in creating a healthy environment in offices and health care centres by means of cold-diffusing essential oils.  One of the vital components of a healing environment is the ability to reduce bacterial and viral contaminations, thus making your premises less prone to endemic airborne viral outbursts (e.g. SARS, bird flu virus etc.). The unique essential oils used for the OMC cold-diffusing concept are the result of many years of scientific research utilising a strict methodology in the production of the Chemotyped Essential Oils (CTEO).  Their delivery through our cold-diffusing technology used in the OMC diffuser systems, enables the creation of an air quality that is enriched with negative ions and reduced levels of bacteria and viruses. OMC stands for “Olfactory Management Concept” and has been developed in collaboration with Dutch hospitals. It was primarily developed to eradicate the so-called “hospital air” and replace it with a pleasant fragrance through cold-diffusing of essential oils.

An OMC system in your premises will consists of a Central Control Unit (compressor) and several diffuser units that are modular in design and connected by means of a flexible air hose. The Central Control Unit provides moderate excess pressure in the reservoir of the diffuser-unit and moves the essential oil through a manifold where the oil is converted into thousands of small micro droplets and diffused into the workplace. An electronic timer controls the frequency of diffusing and is easy to adjust. This provides a controlled, regular supply and circulation of essential oil in the air.

The OMC system is installed with minimal interference, no major alterations are required and all tubing is incorperated into ceilings or trunking.
